Brighton's 2-Month Birthday!

Today was a snow day for Mommy and Daddy, so we got to celebrate with Brighton! We had a great time--here are some pictures we couldn't wait to show you!

Today was my (Susie) first "official" day back to work. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Leaving Brighton this morning was terrible. It was definitely hard to let go! Knowing that Mom was there to watch him, though, made it much better. The cool thing about my job at school is that I never sit down--I'm never not doing something....that makes the day go by pretty fast! And when I got home, it was so great to see him!! I have had such a blast being on maternity leave and having the privilege of getting to know what he likes, when his most alert times are, and all that good stuff! He is an absolute joy and I'm so thankful to be his Mom!
