We're here in beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! So far, our trip has been AWESOME! Thought we'd share a few pictures so you can live it with us!
Here is Brighton helping Daddy put his wagon together. We didn't end up bringing it with us because we couldn't fit it in the car! Daddy did an unbelievable packing job--muy impressivo. But Brighton did love being wheeled around the house in it!
This is the first stop in our journey....I think the first stop in everyone from the south's journey....CRACKER BARREL! Yum. We are right outside of Nashville around 7:30am....Brighton was awake the whole way so far. Here, he played in his high chair with pieces of biscuit, and he had his first taste of orange and loved it! In the gift shop, he also picked out 2 light-up balls, which we took with us, and he held on to them the rest of the way!He was so happy and pleasant the whole entire trip down here--almost 13 hours long--and he had a blast!
Here we are outside of Zaxby's in South Carolina.....only a few more hours to go!
He was loving the grassy area with all the trees....we discovered that that's where leaves come from! COOL!
We're finally here!! The Hampton Inn Oceanfront is AWESOME. He was tickled to death! And so happy to be able to walk around! Tonight he got his first view of the ocean, but it was a little dark!
In our hotel room--having the time of his life! We brought a ton of toys, so they are scattered everywhere, and he has just crawled and walked all over the place! He is so happy! I think he thinks that this is the beach we've been talking about....he hasn't seen anything yet!
He woke up around 7:15am and go this first real look at the ocean and beach. He was very excited---legs going crazy and loving it!
After an awesome breakfast, he is pooped already.....how precious!
Now that he's awake, beach here we come!!!!!!!!!!! See you guys later!
